Our Commitment
At Cerezotas, we want you to love every item you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
Conditions for Exchanges or Returns
- The deadline to request an exchange or return is 7 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

The product must be in its original condition:
- Unused, unwashed, unstained.

With original tags and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale, personalized, or used items.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits must be completely new so that any changes can be handled.
Process to Request an Exchange or Return

Contact us by email or WhatsApp indicating:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or return

Clear photos of the product (in case of defect)
- Our team will validate your request and send you the corresponding instructions.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange or return, except in cases of manufacturing error or defect.
Available Options
- Exchange for another size or color: Subject to inventory availability.
- Issuance of a store credit: Valid for future purchases at Cerezotas.
- Refund: Only in approved special cases (will be applied to the original payment method).
Products with Defects or Errors in the Order
If you received a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
In this case, Cerezotas will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
Important:
- We do not accept packages sent back without prior confirmation from our team.
- Processing times for exchanges or returns may vary between 7 and 10 business days from the date the product is received at our offices.
